Custom Vinyl Bending Systems to fit YOUR needs

Vinyl bending is crucial to window manufacturing companies and bending windows in-house saves thousands of dollars annually.

C. A. Design offers a complete line of vinyl bending equipment and can customize it to fit your specific needs and window profiles. Bending tables: Our bending table is constructed of aluminum and stainless steel. Each leg is supported on heavy duty locking casters. The sunburst clamping system is CNC machined to aid in smooth movement of each clamp. Customize your Vinyl Bending System: Speed up your bending and welding process by adding accessory extension tables and molds up to 20’ in length. Bend an arch top window with 5’ legs in one step.

Clamping: Each clamp is made of aluminum, and has a heavy
duty die spring. The clamps are designed to hold the mold
securely and allow you to easily change the radius.

Molds: Molds are built specifically to fit each of your window profiles. They can be customized to fit other clamping systems on bending equipment that
is of a similar design (glazing bead/stop may require a separate mold).
Each mold is generally 10’ in length and consists of two 2.5” x 3.5” x 10’ pieces of UHMW. All internal snakes/mandrills are included. (Molds up to 20’ are available).

Heat tanks: Each heat tank is made of stainless steel and aluminum.
Choose nearly any length, from 12’ (top) to 20’ (left).
Fill with glycerin or poly-glycol oil, which are non-toxic and water soluble. Each system includes a circulation pump and filtration system to maximize heat efficiency and remove contaminates. An Internal lifting mechanism may be added at the time of your order

Temperature process controller: The temperature controller displays a digital readout for both set point and temperature readings. Either an RTD or thermocouple can be used with this controller.
Power requirements: 220/240VAC 30A single phase.

Vinyl bending systems can be completed with a service package and/or an on site training program.
Service package includes warranty on electrical components includes but not limited to: relays, circulating pump, and temperature process controller.
On site training: Includes equipment setup and hands on bending.
Standard Vinyl Bending Systems include:
10’ x 5’ Bending table
12’ Heat tank or 14′ Hot Air Oven
1 set of 10’ Molds
